The Dino Diaries - Paradise Valley
Paradise Valley has some of the most unique homes in all of AZ. It’s super fun to see what sort of styles people like and build. There was one house that looked like it was right out of Romeo and Juliet. I haven’t seen anything else like it in the Valley.
Our job took us down into the wine cellar, because of a suspected leaking pipe. These can cause all sorts of damage to the house — in AZ, mold is actually a pretty big problem, and leaks will absolutely contribute to it. It’ll also jack up your water bill if it’s bad enough. We found the leak, got it fixed up, and had one more happy customer!
