1. Who we are
Plunge, A Plumbing Co. LLC ("Plunge," "we," "us") is a licensed and insured Arizona plumbing company, ROC License #356453, located at 555 W 2nd Ave, Suite B7, Mesa, AZ 85210. This policy explains what information our website, hireplunge.com, collects and how we handle it — as well as how we handle your information when you contact us by phone, text, or email.
2. Information we collect
Booking requests. When you request service through our online booking form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address, the type of service you need, preferred date and time, and any notes you include.
Service and billing records. When we perform work for you, we keep normal business records: services requested and performed, notes about access to the property, invoices, and payment records (card payments are handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers).
Technical basics. Our hosting provider automatically processes standard technical logs, such as your device's IP address, to deliver the website securely and reliably.
What our website does not do: it sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and has no user accounts. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first.
The one third-party exception. Our homepage includes an embedded Google Map showing our location. The map is loaded directly from Google, and Google sets its own cookies when it appears — much like visiting a Google page. Those cookies belong to Google, not to us; we never see or use them, and they are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
3. How we use your information
We use the information above to schedule, confirm, and perform plumbing services; to respond to your questions; to send invoices, estimates, and service updates; to administer promotions you join; to keep required business records; and to meet legal obligations. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to serving you.
4. Calls and text messages
By providing your phone number in our booking form, you agree that we may call or text you about your service request — for example, to confirm your appointment. With your consent, we may also send occasional promotions or offers. Message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and STOP to opt out at any time; you can also opt out of any communication by telling us so. Phone numbers and texting consent are used only as described here and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
5. Who we share information with
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make our business run, and only for the purposes described in this policy: ServiceTitan (the scheduling and customer-management system our office uses — booking details go there so we can dispatch and complete your job), Netlify (the company that hosts this website and securely relays your booking form submission), and our payment processors for billing. Our staff access your information on a need-to-know basis to complete your service. Beyond this, we disclose information only when required by law.
6. Google reviews on our homepage
Our homepage displays Google reviews using Google's services. When that part of the page loads, Google may collect technical information about your visit (such as your IP address) under its own policies; see the Google Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy. This is the only third-party service embedded in our site.
7. Links to other websites
Our site links to third-party websites — for example, our social media profiles, Google and Yelp review pages, and Synchrony's financing application. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.
8. How long we keep information
We keep booking, service, and billing records for as long as needed to serve you, maintain accurate business records, honor warranties, and meet legal requirements.
9. Your choices
You may contact us at any time at info@hireplunge.com or (480) 878-0808 to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion (we may need to retain records the law requires). We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
10. Children
Our website and services are directed at adults arranging plumbing services and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Security
Our website is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and booking details travel encrypted from your browser to our scheduling system. We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.
12. Changes to this policy
If our data practices change — for example, if we add website analytics or a newsletter — we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
